An Intel Lunar Lake engineering pattern CPU has been noticed operating Home windows. That is hardly shocking in the course of the growth part of any CPU, however this one is made extra fascinating given the screenshot reveals some key specs relating to its cache configuration and Hyperthreading (or lack thereof).

The leak comes courtesy of XZiar, (through @9550pro and Tom’s {Hardware}). It exhibits a screenshot of the Home windows Process Supervisor that includes some specs of a Lunar Lake A1 engineering pattern. The examined CPU has eight cores and eight threads, which means Hyperthreading isn’t current. It is believed the core configuration consists of 4 P-cores and 4 E-cores.

Its base clock is 1.8GHz whereas its enhance clock is 2.8GHz. There’s nothing uncommon about that as the aim of early engineering samples is for testing fundamental performance, compatibility and debugging slightly than efficiency. What’s actually fascinating nonetheless, is its cache configuration.
