So Everytime i attempt to join my new out of the field xbox controller it wont work and ive tried updating the controller even restarting my laptop and so many different issues that ive tried with the xbox assist thingy and nothing has labored and that i dont know what to do as each different bluetooth factor works simply high quality different then my different previous damaged xbox one controller that doesnt join both altho my xbox one controller will connect with a laptop computer i obtained however not my new one so i actually dont perceive the issue.
