Grasp Chief has fought his final battle at Paramount+. The streamer has canceled its online game adaptation Halo after two seasons. The present initially debuted in 2022. From a report: The sequence, based mostly on the Xbox franchise and starring Pablo Schreiber as Grasp Chief John-117, completed its second season in March. “We’re extraordinarily happy with this formidable sequence and wish to thank our companions at Xbox, 343 Industries and Amblin Tv, together with showrunner and government producer David Wiener, his fellow government producers, the complete solid led by Pablo Schreiber as Grasp Chief and the wonderful crew for all their excellent work,” Paramount+ stated in a press release. “We want everybody the most effective going ahead.”
Sources say the present’s producers — Amblin, Xbox and 343 Industries — will look to land the sequence at one other outlet for a 3rd season. Paramount+ is alleged to be supportive of a potential transfer. “We deeply recognize the thousands and thousands of followers who propelled the Halo sequence to be a world success, and we stay dedicated to broadening the Halo universe in several methods sooner or later,” reads a press release from 343 Industries. “We’re grateful to Amblin and Paramount for his or her partnership in bringing our expansive sci-fi universe to viewers world wide.”
